How does MailSparc keep my email secure?

Every connection is encrypted, every incoming message is filtered for spam and phishing, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited to stop password guessing. For sensitive messages you can turn on end-to-end OpenPGP encryption, so only the recipient can read them.

Do you use my email for ads?

No. MailSparc has no ads, and we don't read or sell your email to profile you.

Can I keep using Gmail or my other accounts?

Yes. Link them to MailSparc and read everything from one unified inbox, replying from whichever address you choose.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Business mailboxes live on your own domain, and our team handles the setup and moves your existing email over.

Can I still use Outlook or Apple Mail?

Yes. MailSparc mailboxes work with any desktop mail app that supports standard IMAP and SMTP.

What if I forget my password?

Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and we'll send a reset link to your recovery address.
